America Saves Week was created to help you develop healthy money habits. Each day during America Saves Week we will provide you with a new topic and a few things to watch, read, or do. The Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) is proud to offer a flexible retirement program for public employees. State Employees
If you are a state public employee you can enroll online here. From the landing page, select "Register Now."
You will need your social security number, and PIN that you would have received in the mail from Voya Financial. If you don't have your PIN, you may be able to register using your date of birth and social security number, as well as by answering additional security questions.
Other Public Employees
If you are an employee that works for a local government, miscellaneous agency or higher education, including the University of Oregon, you can enroll online here. If you cannot find your employer when enrolling online, please enroll by completing this enrollment form and mailing it to the address provided on the form.
